TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAVEN HOMES REALTY 2 LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US$100).

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section limits any right you may have to bring a complaint before a housing, consumer protection or licensing authority, or to pursue a remedy that cannot lawfully be restricted by agreement.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remainder shall continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The version published here governs your use of the site. Material changes will be signalled by the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
