Your Privacy Choices
Do not sell or share my personal information, and the other rights available to residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws.

Our position
Several state privacy laws define "sale" and "sharing" very broadly — broadly enough that enabling certain analytics or advertising cookies can count, even where no money changes hands and no data leaves in a form that identifies you by name. Rather than argue about definitions, we give you the switch.
Our business model is brokerage commission. We do not monetise visitor data, we do not operate a data brokerage, and we do not supply personal information to one.
Opt out of sale and sharing
Use the control below to withdraw consent for analytics and marketing cookies on this browser. The change takes effect immediately.
This preference is stored in a cookie on the browser you are currently using. If you use another browser or device, or clear your cookies, set it again there.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honour it automatically as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing for that browser. You do not need to do anything else. GPC is recognised as a legally valid opt-out mechanism under California law and several other state statutes.
Your other rights
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to:
- Know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclosed them to.
- Access a copy of that information in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information, subject to exceptions where we must retain it — for example records required by real estate licensing law or anti-money-laundering rules.
- Opt out of targeted advertising, sale, sharing, and certain profiling.
- Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
- Be free from retaliation. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower standard of service because you exercised a privacy right. That is both our policy and a statutory requirement.
Which states this covers
Comprehensive state privacy laws currently in force include those of California (CCPA as amended by CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Minnesota, Tennessee, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky and Rhode Island, with others taking effect on a rolling basis.
The specific rights and definitions vary between them. Rather than operate a different standard in each state, we extend the rights on this page to every visitor, wherever you live. It is simpler to administer and it is the right default.
Sensitive personal information
Some statutes create a special category of sensitive personal information — including precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, health data, and immigration status. We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we specifically do not collect the protected characteristics listed in our Fair Housing Notice. Because we do not collect it, we do not use or disclose it, and there is nothing for a limitation request to restrict.
How to make a request
For cookie-based opt-outs, use the control above — no identity verification is needed, because the preference attaches to the browser rather than to you.
For requests to know, access, correct or delete, contact us using the details below and tell us which right you are exercising. We will verify your identity before acting, normally by confirming information we already hold. We ask for no more information than verification requires, and we use anything you provide for verification for no other purpose.
We will acknowledge within ten business days and respond substantively within forty-five calendar days. Where a request is complex we may extend once by a further forty-five days, and we will tell you why before we do.
Authorised agents
You may use an authorised agent. We will ask for written authorisation signed by you, and we may still verify your identity directly. Where an agent holds a valid power of attorney, that is sufficient on its own.
If we say no
If we decline a request we will tell you why in writing, and we will tell you how to appeal. You may appeal by replying to our decision; a different person reviews the appeal. If the appeal is unsuccessful you may complain to your state Attorney General, and we will give you the contact details for doing so.
